At Hotel Hardik Palace, operated by Hardik Hospitality, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.
Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged one night’s tariff.
No-Show: In case of a no-show without prior notice, the entire booking amount will be charged.
Guests checking out before the booked departure date will be charged for the next 24 hours from the time of early departure. Remaining nights may be refunded at the discretion of management.
Date modifications are subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
No modification charges if changes are made at least 48 hours prior to the original check-in.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, etc.), refunds will be processed as per their policies.
In rare cases where the hotel is unable to honor a confirmed booking (due to unforeseen circumstances), a full refund will be issued, or alternate accommodation of a similar standard will be provided.
Special discounted/promotional bookings may be marked as Non-Refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
